OPINION

STATON, Judge.

A jury found Anthony Drake ("Drake") guilty of possession of cocaine, a Class C felony1 for which he was sentenced to three years in prison. In his appeal, Drake presents one issue for our review which we restate as whether the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence.

We affirm.
