The appellants in this proceeding, Scott S. Eblin and Diane Eblin, after discovering serious structural defects in the basement of a house which they had purchased a short time before, sued the former owners, the realtors who had been involved in their purchase of the property, the appraiser, and a house inspector who had inspected the house before they closed the transaction.
