Appellant Bonita Willis Witherspoon appeals her conviction for criminal contempt of court in connection with her service as a juror in the capital murder trial of Ledell Lee. She raises two points on appeal: (1) the evidence is insufficient to support the contempt of court conviction and (2) the trial court erred in allowing jurors in the Ledell Lee case to testify regarding jury deliberations.
