Dallas Central Appraisal District and Dallas County Appraisal Review Board appeal from the trial court's summary judgment amending the tax rolls for 1988 and 1989 in favor of G.T.E. Directories Corporation (GTE). Appellants bring two points of error contending that the trial court erred (1) in granting GTE's motion for summary judgment and denying appellants' motion for summary judgment; and (2) in overruling appellants' objections...
