Claimant, Michael Kochilas, sought benefits pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act (Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 48, par. 138.1, et seq.) for injuries sustained in the early morning hours of December 2, 1991, while in the employ of Certified Painting Co. The arbitrator awarded claimant benefits. On review, the Industrial Commission (Commission) reversed the decision of the arbitrator finding claimant's injuries...
