Contending that the property was overassessed, petitioner commenced four real property tax certiorari proceedings to reduce the assessments for the years 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993. The property consists of 55.8 acres of land with between 1,950 feet and 2,940 feet of frontage on Long Lake, of which 950 feet is useable shoreline...
