Appellant pled guilty before the trial court to the offense of possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to eight years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. He appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress the evidence, claiming the marijuana was illegally seized because the police officers did not have reasonable suspicion to detain him.
