STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiffs-Appellants, Katherine, Eva and Peter Schrum (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Schrums" and individually as ("Katherine", "Eva", and "Peter") appeal from the grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellee Sonya Moskaluk (Sonya) following the Schrums' premises liability action.

We reverse and remand.
