This is a medical malpractice suit. The plaintiff is Jess Rowsey, Jr., son of Mrs. Lula Rowsey, who was diagnosed and treated for terminal squamous cell lung cancer but died three years later from a heart attack; an autopsy revealed no sign of cancer.
