Plaintiff Chrysler Corporation instituted the instant action sounding in trademark (trade dress) under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, unfair competition and violation of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 93A against the Defendant John Silva for his creation of an unique custom car which is known as the Mongoose.
