VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

Reginald Trieb appealed from a judgment on a guilty plea in the district court, Southwest Judicial District, finding him guilty of murder, a Class AA felony, and sentencing him to thirty years in the North Dakota State Penitentiary. We affirm.
