MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAMS, District Judge.

Frank T. Buckley ("Dr. Buckley") instituted suit against Defendants Airshield Corporation ("Airshield"), Fibertec Corporation, Werner Enterprises, Inc. and Washington Freightliner, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants"). Dr. Buckley alleges patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 100 et seq. and breach of license agreement. The Defendants deny infringement and urge that Dr. Buckley's patent is invalid...
