The real property in question is operated as the Olde Dinner Bell Inn in Rehoboth Beach Delaware; it constitutes substantially all of the assets of a Delaware corporation, The Olde Dinner Bell Inn, Inc. ("Dinner Bell, Inc."). Atlantic's right to the writ of possession arises from its purchase at a 1993 sheriff...
