Defendants, Cosmopolitan National Bank of Chicago (Cosmopolitan) and Juliette Kevorkian, are mortgagors of real property that was purchased by the plaintiffs-mortgagees, Gordon J. and Susan Grubert, at a judicially ordered foreclosure sale.
