The issue in this appeal is whether the Trial Court erred by disqualifying the law firm Friday, Eldridge, and Clark (Friday firm) from representing Saline Memorial Hospital in an action brought pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Ark. Code Ann. §§ 25-19-101 through 25-19-107 (1992 Repl. and Supp.1995).
