This is an appeal from an order of the trial court dismissing appellant's negligence and survival action on forum non conveniens grounds. Upon consideration of the litigation's contacts with the District of Columbia and Maryland and the factors that bear upon whether the District of Columbia is an inconvenient forum for proceedings in this case, we hold that the trial court abused its discretion in granting the dismissal.
