This action was brought by Curtis Hoeft, who was seriously injured when an aluminum ladder he was holding came in contact with a high voltage power line. Mr. Hoeft's suit included a claim against Louisville Ladder Company for manufacture of a defective product and for failure to warn. At the conclusion of the trial in Clay County, the jury assessed plaintiff's damages...
