On May 17, 1995, the Lake View School District of Phillips County filed a motion to vacate and set aside its briefing schedule and to remand the matter to chancery court for a determination of various motions. We denied that motion on June 5, 1995. The School District now requests reconsideration of the denial. That motion also is denied.
