The appellant, Jimmy Wimpey, commenced the instant action against appellee Norfolk Southern Railway Company (Norfolk) under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), 45 USC 51 et seq., based upon injuries that he received when he slipped and fell in the employees' locker room provided by Norfolk.
