On December 13, 1994, while the jury was deliberating the claim of Maytag Corporation and Jenn-Air Company (collectively "Jenn-Air") against Robert A. Clarkson, the Court informed the parties and their counsel that it believed the closing argument of S. Jahue Moore (one of Clarkson's attorneys) was improper, that it was reviewing the matter, and that it may have further comment thereon. The Court has now carefully reviewed...
