Gaylord Duff pled guilty in September 1988 to first degree sexual assault on a child. Duff was sentenced to 12 to 20 years' incarceration, and upon being found to be a treatable mentally disordered sex offender, Duff was committed to the Lincoln Regional Center for treatment.
