Stroh, Jr., alleging that he negligently failed to treat Mr. Reese's emphysema with a protein replacement therapy called Prolastin. The trial court excluded the Reeses' expert medical witness' opinion testimony regarding causation as lacking sufficient foundation to go to the jury.
