Plaintiff, Teerling Landscaping, Inc., appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County dismissing counts I and III of plaintiff's amended complaint. Plaintiff initiated this lawsuit against numerous defendants to foreclose a mechanic's lien. Only three of the named defendants are appellees in this appeal.
