OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

The Commissioner of Public Safety denied and cancelled appellant Anthony Eli Lamusga's driver's license after receiving a report that he had violated the license condition of total abstinence from alcohol. The trial court denied Lamusga's petition for reinstatement and he appeals. Because we conclude that the denial and cancellation of Lamusga's license did not violate procedural or substantive due process, or exceed statutory authority...
