This is a medical malpractice case. Plaintiff-appellee, Christine Herpin LeBoeuf1, alleged that she suffered personal injury resulting from the maltreatment of her temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) by defendant-appellant, Dr. Philip Witherspoon, D.D.S.
