This is a worker's compensation action in which an employee, William E. Kennedy ("Kennedy"), sought to recover benefits for total disability as a result of injuries suffered while in the course and scope of his employment with Johnny F. Smith Trucking ("Smith Trucking"). The hearing officer for the Office of Worker's Compensation ("OWC") found that Kennedy failed to prove the work-related accident caused a disability and denied Kennedy's claim for disability...
