This is a breach of contract case. T.L. Brantley and Tammy Jean Brantley are chicken farmers. They contracted with Green Acre Farms, Inc. (Green Acres), a processor, to receive from Green Acres three flocks of chickens. This contract was a result of a settlement of a prior lawsuit between the Brantley's and Green Acres.
