OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, David A. Dockery, was convicted of driving under the influence, first offense. The trial court imposed an 11 month, 29 day sentence, with a release eligibility set at 30%. The single issue presented for review is whether the sentence is excessive. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
