We are asked to determine whether a physician's conduct constituted active fraudulent concealment so as to estop the physician from asserting the medical malpractice statute of limitations. In this interlocutory appeal, the Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's denial of the defendant physician's motion for summary judgment. Hughes v. Glaese (1994), Ind.App., 637 N.E.2d 822
