MILBURN, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Jerry F. Arnold appeals the sentence imposed by the district court following his guilty plea to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). On appeal, the issue is whether the district court erred in concluding that defendant's prior conviction for assault with intent to commit sexual battery constituted a crime of violence under United States Sentencing Guidelines...
