Appellants, L.B. Doggett, Jr., Gladys E. Doggett and Downtown Parking Corporation (collectively "Doggett" or "tenant"), appeal from an order of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, McLachlen Bancshares Corporation ("McLachlen" or "landlord").
