In February 1993, appellant, Clyde David Morris, obtained a judgment against appellee, Jerry Solesbee. After writs of garnishment and execution were issued, appellee filed a claim of exemption for all property that he held with his wife as tenants by the entirety. The circuit judge sustained appellee's claim of exemption and ordered that the writs of garnishment and execution as to that property be quashed...
