Todd A. Oliver, plaintiff-appellant, brought this action seeking recovery of damages for bodily injuries allegedly sustained on October 7, 1991, in an automobile collision with a vehicle driven by defendant-appellee, Felisha E. Clark. In defense of the action, Clark asserted that on October 25 Oliver received settlement funds and executed a document entitled "Release of All Claims," which released her from all damage claims arising from that accident...
