OPINION

LARSEN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of capital murder. The jury found appellant, David Cameron, guilty of two counts of capital murder. The first count was for the murder of Carmen Sustaita committed during the course of a robbery and the second was for the contemporaneous murder of Carmen Sustaita's son, Manny Sustaita, during the course of the same robbery. The state elected not to seek the death penalty...
