Elaine F., the mother of Gabriel W., appeals from the judgment entered in the Penobscot County Probate Court (Woodcock, J.) denying her petition for the termination of her son's guardianship. Elaine contends that the court lacked subject matter and personal jurisdiction when it granted the petition for guardianship to Bernadette Oster.
