Benson appeals from the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Northwest Airlines, Inc., on his claim under the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101-12213 (Supp. V 1993). The district court concluded that Benson was not a "qualified individual with a disability," dismissed his ADA claim, and remanded his remaining claims to state court.
