QUINN, Justice.

Dennis Roy Hamer (D. Hamer) appeals from an order modifying his monthly child support obligations. He asks, in three points of error, whether the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support modification and whether the court improperly considered his spouse's income in arriving at its decision. We answer no and affirm.
