This matter is before me for the second time on appeal. The bankruptcy court originally imposed sanctions against Gerald Priddy pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9011 in May 1992. Priddy appealed. I upheld the bankruptcy court's finding of Priddy's bad faith and liability.
