WADE, Judge.

The defendant, James F. Lewis, entered a guilty plea to assault, a Class A misdemeanor, on July 25, 1990. The trial court imposed a sentence of 11 months and 29 days, 90 days of which were to be served in the workhouse. All of the sentence was suspended, conditioned upon the defendant performing 20 days of community service and making restitution for "hospital bills...
