This is a personal injury lawsuit in which defendants, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Harold J. Leblanc, Jr., appeal a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Daniel R. Tamporello. Tamporello and his wife, co-plaintiff Carol Tamporello, have cross-appealed. We vacate the judgment and remand for new trial before a jury.
