John Ruotolo appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Platt, Chief Judge). After a trial, the jury found him guilty on one count of conspiracy to import heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 963, and on two counts of heroin importation in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952 and 960.
