Defendant La Crosse County appeals from that part of an order compelling its employees to answer questions at deposition regarding five areas of inquiry.1 The County contends that the trial court erred because the information sought is a confidential treatment record under § 51.30(4), STATS., and cannot be released without the consent of the subject individual.
