CADY, Judge.

Edward Love appeals a district court's order denying his application for postconviction relief. He claims the district court erred in failing to grant relief based on ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.

Love was convicted in 1987 of first-degree kidnapping and third-degree sexual abuse. He claimed at trial he had consensual sex with the victim and did not cause the injuries sustained by the victim. He produced witnesses at the trial...
