OLIVIER v. GRAY INS. CO.

No. 94-1313.

664 So.2d 497 (1995)

Jerry G. OLIVIER, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. The GRAY INSURANCE COMPANY, et al., Defendants-Appellees.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Third Circuit.

Writ Denied January 26, 1996.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Allan Leland Durand, Lafayette, for Jerry G. Olivier.

Raymond M. Allen, Lafayette, for The Gray Insurance Co., et al.

Before DOUCET, C.J., and LABORDE, KNOLL, AMY and SULLIVAN, JJ.

DOUCET, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Jerry G. Olivier, appeals a judgment of the trial court arguing that the jury erred in finding him 30% at fault in causing his own damages, in failing to award general damages after awarding medical expenses and, in failing to award him lost wages. We reverse that portion of the judgment which rejected plaintiff's general damage claim and in all other aspects affirm the judgment of the trial court.
