FREEMAN v. COLONIA INS. CO.

No. 94-626.

890 S.W.2d 270 (1995)

319 Ark. 211

John FREEMAN and Ruth Freeman, Appellants, v. COLONIA INSURANCE COMPANY, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

January 9, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

R. Kevin Barham, Paris, for appellants.

John E. Moore, Jeffrey A. Weber, Little Rock, for appellee.

BROWN, Justice.

The appellants, John Freeman and Ruth Freeman, appeal an order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Colonia Insurance Company on their claim of bad faith and dismissing without prejudice their conversion claim against the same party. Because another claim against another party, Dema Saxton, which was brought by the Freemans in the same lawsuit has not been disposed of, we dismiss this appeal pursuant to Ark. R.Civ.P. 54(b).
