On or about 30 October 1992, defendants Avis Keown Leeper and David Leeper, Jr., acting as agents for a corporation entitled Away We Go, Inc., began to negotiate with plaintiff corporation for the purchase of the remaining seventy-one percent (71%) of Away We Go...
