FRIEDLANDER, Judge.

The Indiana Department of Education (DOE), the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), and the Indiana Division of Mental Health (IDMH) appeal from an order adjudicating E.I. to be a Child in Need of Services (CHINS) and making E.I. a ward of FSSA.
