Roger Dale Dupree was charged by indictment with two counts of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, burglary, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The jury found him guilty of both counts of aggravated assault and on the aggravated battery charge, but not guilty on the burglary charge.
