A jury convicted appellant Bobby Cornelious Rhodes of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and assessed punishment at ninety-nine years in prison. Rhodes brings two points of error: (1) the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress; and (2) the evidence was insufficient to show that Rhodes possessed a controlled substance with intent to deliver...
