Nicole Renee Bouillion was born on April 17, 1993 to relator, Richard Bourque, and respondent, Juanita Bouillion. Bourque and Bouillion never married. Bouillion retained custody of Nicole when the couple separated in March 1994. Bourque subsequently sued for and obtained visitation rights...
